Welcome to the Feast of Tabernacles
October 3rd – October 10th, 2020
It’s time to start making your plans to celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles in Springfield, Missouri. We will be gathering to worship our Father and our Savior Jesus Christ. Each day will be a time of rejoicing through fellowship, sermons and Bible studies that are provided for spiritual enrichment.
The Feast is a special time for each of us to fellowship and break bread with family, friends and get acquainted with new friends. Each one of us should try each day to meet new friends and make the Feast memorable and one that is pleasing to God.
You will find Springfield is a great Millennial setting nestled in the beautiful Ozark Hills and is the third largest City in Missouri. Services will be located at the IBEW Hall and allows you the opportunity to enjoy all the area has to offer—including home of Bass Pro and Wonders of Wildlife Museum, Springfield Zoo, Military and Art Museums, Fantastic Caverns cave exploration and more restaurants per capita than any other City in the United States. For those that want more adventure it’s a beautiful 45 minute drive to Branson from Springfield especially when the trees start changing color in the fall. Branson offers a variety of entertainment of shows, shopping and dining.
It’s a special time to focus not just on the physical aspects of the Feast but the Spiritual so we can strengthen our relationships with each other; get a deeper understanding of God’s Word, learn more about God’s Love and His overall Plan for us.
God has given us a glimpse of His Plan so we can rejoice and not feel so hopeless in a world full of little hope. It’s difficult sometimes to have joy and to remember to Rejoice! But we have been given Hope through God’s Plan of His future “Coming Kingdom of God”.
Proverbs 29:18: “Where there is no vision, the people perish; but happy is he who keeps the Law.”
We hope you have an uplifting and memorable Feast!
